Based on the previous research done by Dharmayanti et al (2007) genetical analysis from eight isolates analyzed on HA1 gene there were two isolates i.e. A/Ck/West Java/Smi-Sud1/2007, A/West Java/Smi-HJ18/2007 that significantly experienced the mutation or perhaps isolates escape mutant due to vaccination stress.
